Dan Cornell
CEO, Co-founder
Dan is a former high school football jock turned startup geek. He has founded several companies and loves to fly planes and refurbish vintage boats.
Tim Nichols
CTO, Co-founder
Tim has been a co-founder of several start-ups and is an alum of Apple, Microsoft and WebTV. He has developed several award-winning products. He likes playing golf and spending time with family.
Craig Ambrose
VP Engineering & Co-founder
Craig is a start-up guy who loves wine, volleyball, and basketball, but not in that order. He has traveled to 25 different countries with many more to come.
Tino Chow
Director of Creative
Tino is a TED Fellow, founder of Better World by Design, problem solver, and an East Coast native. He's a RISD alum, animal lover and, believe it or not, used to have a mustache.
Dave Anderson
Engineering
Dave is father to one of the best developers on the team and bikes 100 miles to work, uphill, both ways.
Bob Berger
Growth
Bob is a former Chief Marketing Officer for several ecommerce sites. In his spare time, he summited Everest. He is an accomplished climber, skier and dad to a wonderful Golden Retriever.

Peter is a Yahoo and HBS alum and experienced former COO and CFO for several Silicon Valley start-ups.
Brian Anderson
Janitorial and Engineering
When Brian isn't coding, you can find him either on his couch playing Resident Evil or scaling the walls of Yosemite Valley. Rumor has it he's related to Dave somehow.
Paul Cox
Engineering
Paul studied international relations, but launched a career in software engineering anyway, staying true to his inner computer nerd. Outside the office, you can find him at Chabot Space Center gazing at the stars.
Hanford Lemoore
Head of User Experience
Bay Area born and raised, Hanford is a veteran of Silicon Valley giants like Google and Netflix, as well as entertainment mainstays from LucasArts to Disney Imagineering. He's the father of the DVR Instant Replay button, and his parking skills are unparalleled.
Lauren Sun
Senior Designer
Lauren is an avid mover of pixels and a RISD alum. She likes white space, fried foods, staying indoors as much as possible, and trying to garden in the one square foot of sunlight on her balcony.

Part-time Engineer, Part-time Starbucks Addict
Made in Sweden. Commercial pilot turned tech startup guy. Formerly technical lead for PayPal's Android consumer app. Likes to travel, ski and eat Swedish fish.Our Advisors
Ali Jenab
Advisor
Ali is Chairman of Zetta.com and was CEO for the past few years. He spent 17 years as president of Amdahl and earned his engineering degree from University of the Pacific. A happy husband and father of two boys, he loves running, or playing golf or tennis.

Mike learned to balance a ledger with a MBA, and honed those skills at Kidder Peabody. He sees Hatch Connect as a way to keep families sane - especially ones like his that are on the move with three kids playing sports.
Jeff Donovan

Jeff is an independent investor and advisor to start-up technology companies and is excited to be Hatch’s Chairman. Jeff held several roles as an early Googler, from creating Google Books to leading Google’s IPO and managing Google’s acquisitions and investments. Jeff is a passionate coach for kids’ sports.
